Clinton M. Fowler
Clinton is responsible for oversight of Protea’s various development projects. He assesses overall project feasibility and formulates a plan to bring the project to fruition. This includes identifying the right partners such as lenders, architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to design and build the project to the highest design and construction standard.
Prior to joining the Protea team, Clinton managed various projects through the General Contractor role. These projects mostly consisted of design-build or design-assist delivery method where he would work alongside various development teams to complete the vision of the project. This experience led him to manage a wide range of projects throughout the Western and Southeastern United States. Over the course of his career, Clinton has delivered over 3M SF of completed product.
Clinton graduated from the College of Engineering, Kansas State University, with a degree in Construction Science and Management. Clinton is married with two young children.
